Owners can take advantage of a park funding package arranged specifically for them through Black Horse Finance. Either a minimum of £3,000 cash or 20% of the holiday home value is required as a deposit and a funding package is then sourced that suits their requirements. All details can be processed on park.

How long is the park open for?

The Park is open from the 1st of March until 10th January.

Is there an age limit on the caravans?

There is no age limit on New Minerton; all we ask is that you keep your caravan in a good, clean condition.

Can I sublet my caravan?

There is no subletting allowed on the Park, but you may let friends and family have use of it.

Can I choose the location of my holiday home?

Of course, but like all things this is subject to availability. The park is set in 60 acres, so there are a good variety of different pitches.

How do I insure my holiday home?

Insurance is a key requirement of our park policy and we can offer insurance through Jardine Lloyd Thompson who are advisors to the BH&HPA since 1976
